Leadership Competencies
When individuals can complete a job correctly and show evidence of that accomplishment, it is known as competence. Competencies are a set of defined behaviors that enable the assessment and evaluation of individuals. Competency development is a lifelong process of doing and then reflecting on what you have done. Professional Learning Network
A Professional Learning Network, or PLN , is a group of educators that meets regularly, shares expertise, and works collaboratively to improve teaching skills and the academic performance of students. The term is also applied to schools or teaching faculties that use small-group collaboration as a form of professional development.
